Admissions

We provide an urgent admission service within 24 hours of referral.  Patients are typically referred to our service via the NHS, but we can also admit private or insurance funded patients. There is no catchment area and we have admitted patients from all parts of the UK, from British nationals living abroad and foreign nationals living in Britain.


Admissions Criteria:

  • Aged 8-18 years (up to 24 in exceptional circumstances as agreed by Clinical Director)

  • Diagnosis of an Eating Disorder with/without co-morbidities

  • Informal or Detained under MHA 1983

  • Under the care of local CAMHS or other international equivalent Responsible Clinician
